PENOBSCOT, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Gordon Collins-Faunce was charged with elevated aggravated assault after being arrested for allegedly picking up his ten month old son, Ethan Henderson, by the head and throwing him into a chair. That charge was upgraded to depraved indifference murder when the baby boy died from the injuries.
